PROBLEM Billing / Accounts
HEADLINE Double debit with NO permission!!!!
THE INCIDENT

I have logged 2 queries about a double debit on my account without any feedback to date - 011-00-087542 & 011-00-089208. There is clearly a serious problem in your accounts dept that needs to be resolved considering ALL the complains on this site alone. Could we please have some sort of communication or explanation from Iburst so that we can understand the extent of the problem. We need answers and we deserve answers!!
